Aftersales is one of those services that many people forget when purchasing a Car. Why is that? If you think about it logically, the terminology "Aftersales" coincides directly with "Warranty"!

When buying a €300 washing machine or television, the first thing you ask is, what happens if it breaks down? Where do I need to take it for repair? Does someone come out to me? What exactly is covered? How long is my cover? Can I upgrade my cover? I don´t mean to go on, but these a just a few questions I am sure you would ask. Am I right?

So it always amazes us how people forget all this important information when laying out a substantial amount of money purchasing an item they need to rely on!

Here at AutosDirect we pride ourselves on "Aftersales" - we make it so easy if you have a problem. There are no grey areas, you receive a Warranty booklet which states all the information in black and white relating to "Your Cover" Further more it is dated. The kilometres on collection of your vehicle are noted, and both you and an authorised AutosDirect member of staff sign it to seal the agreement. You are given contact telephone numbers if you have a problem and a single telephone will get your query dealt with!

We can book your vehicle into our service department at a convenient time and have our experienced mechanic solve the problem efficiently. If it's a more complex job we have two courtesy cars available at your request, or we can sometimes drop you back home if required.
